Logan's Towing strives to respond to all towing requests within 30 minutes or less. Depending on how far your vehicle is this could take longer. If you anticipate needing a tow and can schedule it in advance then we are able to get to it faster.

There will be signs as required by Georgia Law posted on the property where you were parked.  If you were parked on a public street you will need to call the County non-emergency number.

Yes, Logan's Towing provides secure storage for towed vehicles in a fenced and monitored facility located at 1460 Danielsville Road Athens, GA 30601

For any vehicle towed from Jackson County, GA and City of Jefferson our storage lot is located at 6248  Athens Highway Athens, GA 30549, but please note this lot is not staffed and you will need to call before we can release your vehicle.

Unfortunately, no. 

Georgia Code: § 40-8-73:

(e) No motor vehicle shall be operated with a windshield or rear window having a starburst or spider webbing effect greater than three inches by three inches.

Logan's Towing will be happy to tow the vehicle from our storage lot and recommend a windshield replacement company, but legally we can not let you drive the vehicle out of our lot.

In order to remove a vehicle from private property the vehicle must be parked without authorization and there must be a sign that was conspicuously posted for at least 24 hours which would inform that the vehicle may be removed at your expenses as per Georgia Code Section 44-1-13 

• Only the legal owner of the property or the property manager can have vehicles removed. Residents can not have vehicles removed from apartment complexes and should call the leasing office for assistance.
• Logan's Towing must have a written agreement with the property owner. Our private property towing agreement can be dowloaded in the section below.

You are allowed, during office hours, at least one trip to your vehicle to recover personal items, even if you cannot pay to have your vehicle released or the vehicle is totaled. 

• Your vehicle cannot be towed if you return to the private property before it is removed, and you can produce the ignition key.
• The property owner or authorized agent must be present for your vehicle to be towed.
• You have the right to know the location of your vehicle and the hours of operation to retrieve it, as stated in the towing notice.
